Description:

Entry level data center technician. Looking for early-in-career, motivated, coachable, IT professionals. They need some prior hands-on experience(can be as little as 3 months), but the soft skills element is most important.

• Rack/stack

• Server hardware maintenance

• Troubleshoot Network connectivity

• Remove network cables as part of a datacenter decommission

• Use ticketing system

• Ability to login to chassis manager

• Run/Label/Stage Power & Networking cables

• Unbox, Movement, Staging of datacenter accessories for deployments

• Physical Audits of datacenter assets

• QC Cabling and labelling standards

• Handle complex RMA & swaps parts

• Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot Power, cable connections
