This is a full-time position with flexibility to work from a US-based Sonos office or remotely from the following metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Seattle, Austin, New York or Boston. #LI-Remote We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Global Ecommerce team to help deliver our roadmap of site enhancements, conversion rate optimization tests, and new functionality that engage our users, drive demand for our products, and create lifetime value through repurchase and engagement. What You'll Do The Product Manager will report to our Sr. Manager of Product Management and collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners to consistently improve and enhance the sonos.com experience for our users. The day-to-day can vary, but will include a mix of the following activities. Roadmap development: Identify customer problems to solve using a blend of data analysis, heuristic analysis, market research, and customer feedback. Prioritize features to build based on an assessment of impact vs. effort. Author clear user stories and detailed requirements; use these to guide technical development Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish key metrics that you'll use to evaluate success of features on our roadmap. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to rapidly test, measure, and iterate on your work Roadmap Delivery: Mobilize engineering teams to deliver our roadmap of site enhancements, feature improvements, 3P technology integrations, and experimentation. Provide regular updates on progress and priority, ensuring alignment around the vision for the site experience Experience Design: Partner with our internal UX/UI designer or manage external design agencies to deliver assets (including prototypes and design studies) that address your user insights/feature requirements with design solutions Optimization: Monitor and validate performance with experimentation approaches that validate impact and enable further optimization What You'll Need Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience working in product management, product design, software development or a related field 3+ years of experience shipping features for web, ecommerce or other software products with clear ownership of engagement or commercial goals 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Content Square, Tableau, Optimizely or similar data analysis tools You have experience as project or program manager but you ground some of your approaches in traditional product thinking, with the capacity to bend the rules when needed. Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to leadership and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Past experience working in digital marketing, ecommerce, or technical roles a plus Familiarity with Sanity or React-based headless CMS platforms a plus Experience managing complex, highly cross-functional projects with integrity and transparency Familiarity with Marketplaces management platforms such as Channel Engine, Channel Advisor, or another equivalent platform Experience with Google docs (collaboration), Jira (issue and work tracking), and Confluence (documentation) You have a technical aptitude and an insatiable appetite for staying up to date with web and digital technology Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply
