It's about impact, not location. #LI-Remote As the PR Specialist, Americas, you are part of the Sonos PR team focused on cultivating and maintaining brand reputation through impactful press storytelling, journalist advocacy and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for supporting the Americas PR/Influencer team on planning and executing new product introduction (NPI) launch strategies, on-going earned and influencer campaigns, and general day-to-day PR/influencer activities in the region's different markets. You will also be asked to support global initiatives from time to time. You are energetic, organized, detail-oriented and adapt well to change in a fast-paced environment. You have experience keeping projects/programs on track through clear communication, strong planning skills and building reports, with the ability to operate in ambiguity at times. What You'll Do Supporting the development of quarterly PR/influencer strategies, inclusive of NPIs, local initiatives and on-going press office / influencer relations Supporting NPI and local initiative execution, inclusive of Creating and/or managing press tools, templates and materials (e.g., media kits, playbooks, localization, toolkits) Managing product requests/shipping for seeding and reviews Brainstorming/writing locally relevant pitch angles Press event production and media travel bookings Collecting reports and supporting with tracking KPIs and measurements on PR, Influencer and paid amplification of our work Supporting on-going press office and influencer relations needs, including: Cultural and competitor landscape research Finding creative ways to make our brand and its products relevant for journalists and influencers Supporting Americas team account management, including: Managing invoices, PO requests and helping keep track of PR budgets. Keep track of local calendars: cultural moments, product, services & features availability and local holidays. You Are: Highly organized, positive and proactive with the ability to multi-task across numerous projects Comfortable and thrive in a high-paced environment An individual self-starter and collaborative team player A tech-savvy music and culture lover Agile and respond positively to change Having a love for navigating a diverse set of countries, partners, cultures and languages. An excellent communicator and fluent in English (written and verbal) Willing to travel when required What You'll Need: Minimum of 2-3 years PR experience working at an international company/client/agency, in the consumer electronics, lifestyle or entertainment industry. Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) Proficient in: Google Suite of services (sheets/drive/slides, etc) and Microsoft Office. Contributed to project and asset management including calendars, planning, budgets and workflow Strong digital interest Ability to build relationships cross-functionally and across different time zones.
