Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing support for tier II/II related issues for software, hardware, working with Active Directory, O365 and more.

Requirements

Must-haves:

· At least a minimum of 2-3 years in providing end user support

· Be a part of upcoming projects such as their network refresh, upgrading servers to OS, Data Center refresh, etc.

· Focusing on enterprise applications

· Provide Standard helpdesk support (3-5 tickets per day)

· Working on a team of 6-8, lunch is paid for multiple times a week

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

· User support for all end users

· Troubleshooting printers, setting up workstations and peripherals

· Onboarding, password resets, set-up of user credentials - working with Active Directory

· Knowledge of Microsoft 365

· Need reliable transportation, will commute within the area, mileage reimbursement is offered
