Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls

• Versatility in providing customer service in a call center environment

• Ability to provide top-tier customer service

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Familiarity with email correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in order entry tasks

• Ability to effectively schedule appointments for customers or staff

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

• Strong listening skills and patience when dealing with customers

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
