Role Responsibilities

• Join our Latin American Regional Operations Centre (LAROC) Agent Implementation team as an Agent Database Administrator.

• Play a key role as part of the team providing support to Western Union agents and its affiliates to maintain an effective operation while complying with Western Union policies & procedures, local regulations, and any other AML and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws as they apply to Money Services Businesses.

• Carry out complex and critical work that has a direct impact on our operations.

Role Requirements

• High School diploma or degree (or concluding) in business administration, industrial engineering or related.

• Fluency in English (B2) (both written and verbal communications)

• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

• Confident working with AS400, Salesforce, and Access databases

• Open to work in a changing environment.

• Efficient, accuracy and analytical skills are critical requirements for this position.

• Problem-solving skills.

• Detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and deadlines

• Customer centricity. Excellent customer service, people, and communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated and team player
