Job Description

Rework Operator-Assembler: Pay will be $20.50-$21.50 an hour based on experience.

4/10 Schedule: 1st Shift - 5AM-3:30PM Mon-Thur, with availability required on Fri.

This position involves performing detailed and routine solder repair operations on assemblies, routing them to the next operation. The role supports a company that provides comprehensive solutions across the entire product lifecycle, leveraging innovative technology, engineering design services, and an optimized global supply chain to deliver world-class manufacturing services. The industries served include commercial aerospace, defense, advanced computing, next-generation telecommunications, complex industrials, medical, and semiconductor capital equipment.

Hard Skills

• Soldering experience (20-30% of day)

• Electromechanical assembly skills

• Work instruction/blueprint/drawing experience

• IPC Certification and soldering (a big plus)

Soft Skills

• Ability to determine product priority based on production guidelines

• Proficiency in locating and collecting parts and materials for job assignments

• Competence in performing repairs and on-line rework/repair duties

• Skill in using manufacturing routings and process instructions under minimal supervision

• Attention to detail for record-keeping and paperwork associated with job assignments

• Maintaining a clean work area and following all safety and ESD practices

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in SANTA ANA, California.

Work Environment

The facility is clean and fast-paced, with headquarters in Santa Ana. It is a manufacturing facility certified under AS9100 and ITAR regulations. Employees work on military and government projects, some requiring top-secret clearance and ITAR compliance.
