Pay Rate:

• 1st shift 7am-3pm: $15.50/hr

• 2nd shift 3pm-11pm: $16.00/hr

• Once certified you will transition to a Certified Assistant Line Operator and get a $1.50 raise.

• Mandatory overtime when needed.

What’s a typical day as an Assistant Line Operator? You’ll be:

• Starting and operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner

• Training new team members on safety rules and procedures

• Conducting in-process quality checks

• Performing basic operations and manual processes to keep the line running smoothly.

• Reporting data regularly

• Participating in line changeovers

• Performing basic troubleshooting during production

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma and 2 years of related experience or training in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

• Possess basic mathematical skills (multiplication, division, subtraction, addition)

• Can read and interpret documents such as formulas, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

• Are bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
