Job Title: Industrial Painter

Location: Sanford, FL

Pay: $18 - $21 per hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:30AM-4PM; OT would be Monday – Thursday after the shift realistically – on average 45 hours a week

Job Description:

• Painting sheet metal with HVLP spray gun

• Cleaning and preparing parts for paint

• Reading travelers and drawings to determine correct materials to be used

• Recording paint mixes

• Mixing and applying primer and paint evenly per specifications

• Packaging parts

• Taping parts that are painted with more than one color

• Regularly cleaning paint guns and work space as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an industrial painter or auto body painter preferred

• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures

• Flexibility to work in various environmental conditions
