Accounts Payable Clerk

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will be responsible for managing AP invoices, ensuring they move smoothly through the approval process, and providing support to the client and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Log into the client’s system and review Accounts Payable (AP) invoices that require attention.

• Add missing information to invoices and help facilitate the approval process.

• Answer questions regarding the status of invoices in the approval process.

• Communicate with the client to gather information needed to move invoices forward.

• Respond to client emails and inquiries.

• Answer phone calls to address invoice-related concerns.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Dependable with strong attention to detail.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
