Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry. Situated in Sandy Spring, Georgia, the role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound calls, and meticulous data entry. This role provides a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients, resolving any inquiries they may have

• Accurately enter data and maintain customer records

• Schedule appointments efficiently as per customer requirements

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our real estate and property services

• Assist with order entry and ensure accuracy in all transactions

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data

• Balance inbound and outbound calls to maximize efficiency

• Maintain a professional demeanor during all customer interactions

• Assist in email correspondence ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Requirements • Possess strong skills in handling and directing inbound and outbound calls.

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and queries professionally.

• Strong data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Ability to effectively manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including the ability to use these tools for data analysis and report creation.

• Experience in order entry, with the ability to accurately process customer orders.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
