Overview:

The Plumbing/HVAC Supervisor provides necessary supervision and coordination of the plumbing and HVAC trades to all departments. They also effectively supervise and plan programs to maintain Cedar Point's equipment relative to these trades.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line supervision for Plumbing and HVAC employees.

• Adhere to the union labor contract.

• Ensures the park is properly winterized.

• Ensures inventory is complete.

• Must follow company policies and safety procedures, maintain department budgets.

• Performs all research relative to ordering parts and materials; ensures proper inventory levels.

• Project estimating: assist in completing construction projects,schedule outside services as required to perform work.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Vocational/technical training in Maintenance/Trades preferred.

• 8-10 years of related work experience preferred.

• 1-3 of previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.

• Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics.
