       Intern - Technology Department - Summer 2024Learn valuable skills while on the job as a Technology Intern! You'll assist the LPOSD Technology Department in supporting the District's technology needs. Assignments will include cleaning, troubleshooting and maintaining computers, iPads, Chromebooks, projectors, printers and other devices.The District will hire up to 4 positions for the summer 2024. These positions are available for current high school students or recent high school graduates. The pay rate is $15.78. Expected work schedule is generally 8 hours per day, 3 days per week.A full Job Description can be found in the Attachments section below. Documentation of minimum qualifications must be provided in your application materials. Minimum Qualifications: - A+ and/or Net+ Certification preferred - Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware and networking basics - Intermediate knowledge of Google Apps Suite - Knowledge of Apple iOS devices preferred - Ability to read technical documents and implement instructions - Job will contain tasks that are physical in nature such as lifting, climbing ladders, etc.Lake Pend Oreille School District reserves the right to close this position prior to the posted Application Deadline at its discretion.LPOSD will accord a preference to employment of veterans of the U.S. Armed Services in accord with provisions of Idaho Code 65-503 or its successor.
