Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman who can combine hands-on carpentry skills with leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable both on the tools and managing a small team of workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled carpentry work on various construction projects

• Lead and supervise a team of 2-3 carpenters and laborers

• Schedule and coordinate daily tasks for team members

• Ensure proper layout and execution of carpentry work

• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with project managers,tradesand clients

• Monitor and report on project progress

• Assist in material ordering and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and best practices

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation
