TEKsystems Worker's Compensation Claims Administrator in San Ramon, California

This is not a remote role and candidate must be able to work onsite in the San Ramon, California area as our Client is seeking a Worker's Compensation Claims Administrator to oversee the current self-insured workers' compensation program. This is a complex position that has oversight for claim resolution in 41 state and 3 federal jurisdictions dealing with Black Lung, Longshore, and Jones Acts.

Key responsibilities for this candidate will include annual/quarterly reporting obligations, audits, actuarial submissions, collateral oversight, and principal advisor/ liaison to regulatory agencies and business units.

The position requires the candidate to have 2-7 years of Worker's Compensation Claims Administration experience as well as state regulatory and industry training knowledge and experience. Candidate must have a Self-insurance certification and be able to work onsite in the San Ramon area. No relocation will be provided.
