Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client financial planning materials for accuracy

• Participate in client meetings, prepare notes, and follow-up actions

• Enter data into financial planning software

• Collaborate with Advisors to develop client strategies

• Prepare client recommendations with Senior Advisor oversight

• Identify and suggest workflow improvements

• Manage financial planning software and inquiries

• Assist with insurance proposals and quotes

• Prepare investment and financial planning reports

• Manage CRM database and track client interactions

• Communicate with custodians, Broker-Dealers, and partners

• Handle client transactions, including account management

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• MUST have 2+ years in wealth management with client strategy experience

• eMoney experience preferred

• Familiarity with Redtail, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Sheets

• SIE and Series 7 licenses preferred; must obtain within 12 months

• Experience with AssetMark platform is a plus

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented

• Proactive, tech-savvy, and deadline-driven

• Professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

• Ability to build and manage professional relationships
