Description We are offering a role located in San Rafael, California, for a Bookkeeper. This position is within the telecom industry and will be based in a traditional workplace setting. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks including month and quarter end closes

• Manage data entry tasks to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Process invoices promptly and accurately

• Perform account reconciliations regularly, including bank reconciliations

• Handle both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively

• Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

• Be responsible for maintaining all bookkeeping records and files. Requirements • Solid experience in bookkeeping is necessary

• Proficient in account reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to accurately perform bank reconciliations

• Expertise in data entry

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Must have experience in performing month end close

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Must have the ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
