Description

The Coordinator of the Nutrition Services Information System is a healthcare professional with broad understanding of clinical operations and expertise with specific emphasis in the use of automated information systems as an integral part of the delivery of quality food service and patient care.

Provides support to the regional Nutrition Services programs for projects related to Information Systems integration, program evaluation and quality improvement activities and service outcomes design/development and reporting. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition.

• 2 years Clinical experience in Nutrition field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Healthcare food service supervisory experience.

• 2 years Experience in the use of desktop software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in program development and program implementation.

• Experience as a project team leader.

• Experience with Dietary Management Information Systems.
