Providence Medical Institute invites you to join our dynamic outpatient team as a full-time General Pediatrician in San Pedro, CA, located in Los Angeles County. You will be an integral part of a cozy clinic, collaborating closely with two other dedicated Pediatricians. Our supportive pediatric team is comprised of 12 skilled Pediatricians and 2 pediatric nurse practitioners across the PMI network, ensuring a robust exchange of expertise and experience. In this role, you will manage a rewarding caseload in our busy practice, with each patient interaction enhanced by the dedicated support of a 1:1 Medical Assistant. While you will have the chance to work closely with another provider, fostering an environment rich in mentorship and growth, proficiency in procedures is not a necessity for this position. Set in a charming beach community, our clinic offers a delightful suburban atmosphere, allowing you to strike the perfect work-life balance. This is an outpatient opportunity only, with no newborn hospital rounding and is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in pediatric healthcare while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of the Los Angeles area.

• Compensation is between $212,714 and $297,163 per year

• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Providence Medical Institute is a physician services organization with more than 200 physicians across 50 medical offices, including five urgent care centers. Here, physicians work closely with six Providence medical centers, from the South Bay and Santa Monica to the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys.
