As the Director, Global Commercial Strategy & Operations, BRUKINSA, you will play a critical role in creating lifecycle launch roadmaps and go-to-market strategies that drive future growth of BRUKINSA. This role requires strong collaboration with the local markets and cross-functional partners to drive future global launch readiness. The role reports to the Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead, BRUKINSA.

Essential Functions of the job:

  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies and launch roadmaps for BRUKINSA in MCL, MZL, FL.

  • Develop and execute global core content package for MCL, MZL, and FL (i.e., positioning, campaign, messaging, etc.). Drive expectations for materials use and monitor adaptation.

  • Seek input from market access, medical affairs, and major markets, and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to shape global commercial strategies.

  • Lead key annual processes for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Global Brand Plan. Support and coordinate the Long-Range Planning (LRP) process.

  • Oversee implementation and execution of global strategies in local markets, focusing on market share expansion and maximizing brand value.

  • Analyze market research data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts

  • Define the overarching life-cycle planning strategy for BRUKINSA and translating this to priorities for the business

  • Engage with global KOLs to refine commercial approach, and address barriers to adoption.

  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders, advocacy groups and other external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/healthcare-related commercial experience. Experience in Global/International Marketing, or New Product Planning is preferred.

  • At least two years of experience in hematology and/or highly competitive markets is preferred.

  • Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders and drive alignment.

  • Skilled in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific and commercial teams.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Working knowledge of lifecycle growth strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering impactful launch and brand content.

  • Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Education Required: Doctorate degree & 5+ years of marketing experience or Master’s degree & 7+ years of marketing experience or Bachelor’s degree & 10+ years of marketing experience

Computer Skills: PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams

Travel: At least 20% including international travel
