As a key member of the team, the coordinator will work closely with the director to oversee the operations of our programs. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to provide exceptional customer service to all those involved with the organization, and the ability to work well as part of a team. The coordinator is pivotal in enhancing the client experience. Due to the communication required for this role, only candidates who are fluent in both english and spanish will be considered. salary: $23 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Process and schedule boutique appointments for new and existing clients.

  • Manage boutique appointment availability using Google calendar.

  • Handle in-person and phone inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing client needs and providing education on our donation-based inventory and appropriate items for the client.

  • Prep items requested by clients prior to their appointment.

  • Assist clients at Boutique appointments.

  • Provide support in overseeing the boutique process and experience for our clients, including what items we carry, the structure of the boutique appointment, etc.

  • Implementation, tracking, and evaluation of our Boutique, including appointment data, items provided to client, length of appointments, etc.

  • Ensure sufficient inventory for both the Boutique and Comfort Totes, including managing the off-site inventory storage or sourcing existing and new vendors to purchase items when necessary.

  • Coordinate possible in-kind donations with individuals or businesses to ensure we only take items that we can provide in the Boutique or Comfort Totes.

  • In partnership with the Director of Programs, develop Boutique training sessions for staff and volunteers and provide training as needed.

  • Work with the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to develop and implement workflows to utilize the unique skillsets of our volunteers in support of our clients.
