About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This position plays a crucial role in managing client accounts, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service. As we transition to a new structure within the department, responsibilities will be consolidated, and you’ll play an active role in shaping this evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders (FedEx and UPS) for same-day fulfillment

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date account records

• Handle client relations and account management, including occasional upselling and product knowledge assistance

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal team members

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order processing

  Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Ability to type at least 45 WPM and proficient in 10-key typing

• Data entry experience with a strong attention to accuracy

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Light retail experience and familiarity with sales orders is a plus

• English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing); Spanish is a plus

• Ability to quickly learn and memorize product SKUs and customer shipping details

• Excellent work ethic: dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
