Job purpose

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems and the newly created BorgWarner Technical Center in SLP is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Office Coordinator. As the Office Coordinator you will join a team creating space for the implementation of projects in the electromobility domain, in which engineering teams operate.

Key responsibilities

  • Independent and comprehensive services for general office support (e.g. office supplies, food and marketing materials).

  • Comprehensive organization and service of meetings as well as reservation of conference rooms

  • Keeping records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, sending correspondence

  • Cooperation with external service providers (e.g. building administration, courier companies, transport companies, cleaning services)

  • Describing invoices and cost documents as well as ongoing cooperation with the accounting department and the billing department to ensure comprehensive implementation of the project settlement process.

  • Support in the organization of business trips (All administration).

  • Archiving documents and coordinating the proper circulation between the Branch and the Head Office

  • Supporting the team in the preparation of documentation

  • Prepare reports and statistics.

  • Support in the organization of integration events and meetings for employees.

  • Assisting new hires with administrative issues

  • Assist with special projects as deemed appropriate

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in similar role (min 1 year)

  • English – Fluent (Must 90%)

  • Sense of responsibility for the entrusted scope of duties

  • Self-reliance, commitment and very good work organizations

  • Conscientiousness, accuracy and punctuality of performed tasks.

  • High personal culture, knowledge of business etiquette.

  • Highly developed communication skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • SAP (Desired)

  • Bachelor’s degree (Must)
