We are seeking an experienced Demand & Production Planner to join its Supply Chain team. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will operate daily out of our San Luis Potosí, México facility. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in México without support.

What is the job about?

The Demand & Production Planner receives customer orders, confirmed them in time, guarantee high level on master data quality, monitor deliveries are dispatched in lead time expected by the customer, mark priority inside whole production plant, do production plan for next 12 weeks according capacity machine and material availability. Also is responsible to transmit customer requirements with the plant and coordinate requirements to meet those in time and form.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Confirm orders in time 48 hrs as maximum.

  • Dispatch finish goods at the level of SNP, raise one pagers if needed. Coordinate customer requirements inside production plant.

  • Do segmentation process twice a year. Direct Finish Good stock according segmentation , DOS and SUC

  • Perform the production plan & maintain it for next 12 weeks (Finish Good and wip)

  • Contribute with the achievement of the OPR and activity of the plant.

  • Execute daily routines in a daily basis .“Clean up & Daily SAP maintenance

  • Track daily KPI’s, generates the necessary reports on Excel to evaluate planning scenarios

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar

  • Min 2 year of production planning experience. Performing a similar position in a manufacturing industry

  • SAP Knowledge – MM & SD modules

  • Advanced office and windows management. Excel (pivot table, functions)

  • English proficiency
