Description

• Prepare fixed asset depreciation and accruals.

• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.

• Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

• Update financial data in databases and accounting software to ensure that information will be accurate.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared objectives and timely completion of tasks.

• Ensure compliance with all internal processes.

• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• Proven work experience as a Staff Accountant, Auditor, or similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).

• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

• Time-management abilities.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
