Responsibilities

Leads and promotes the provision of quality patient care for the assigned clinical service. Participates in staff selection and development. Assists with compliance with Hospital, as well as with JCAHO and other licensing and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN).

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

  • Currently licensed by the State of California as an RN.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strongly prefer Cath Lab experience.

  • BSN preferred

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Pay Range

$48.25 - $70.78 /hour
