Requirements • Proficient in Google Docs

• Able to manage paper filing tasks efficiently

• Comfortable with computer data entry tasks

• Skilled in copying and duplicating documents

• Capable of accurate labeling and organization of files and documents

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not mandatory.
