Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative with light mechanical experience to join our team in San Leandro, California. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess the ability to perform light troubleshooting tasks. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional support and solutions, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, primarily in Spanish, to understand and address their needs and concerns.

• Troubleshooting: Perform light mechanical troubleshooting to assist customers with resolving basic technical issues.

• Support: Provide excellent customer service by offering solutions and answering questions related to our products and services.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

• Independence: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing time and tasks efficiently to meet customer needs.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

• Mechanical Experience: Basic understanding of mechanical systems and light troubleshooting experience.

• Customer Service: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific mechanical products or systems used by the company.

• Industry Experience: Experience in a similar industry or role is a plus.
