General Description
The Security Intelligence & Automation team, part of the Fraud Prevention Division, is responsible for supporting the Corporate Security Group teams with reporting, analytics, process digitalization/improvement and automation solutions. The Citizen Developer will be responsible for the detailed analysis, design, implementation and documentation of identified processes across Corporate Security in order to provide measurable efficiencies. This role will also be responsible for managing initiatives and delivering services that identify, design, and implement creative solutions using, but not limited to, Office365/Power Platform tools, JIRA, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Database management and other development-based sources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify business requirements, functional design, and process design.
Analyze client processes and recommend automation strategies.
Develop efficient and maintainable processes using core workflow principles.
Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting for reliability and performance.
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the Power Platform.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Leverage tools like RPA and Power Automate for automation solutions.
Collaborate with managers and developers to create project plans.
Comply with governance, design, and coding standards.
Use Agile methodologies for fast results.
Train and support end-users in utilizing developed solutions.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Monitor application performance and gather user feedback.
Manage stakeholder expectations and report status regularly.
Education
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Computer Science/Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or Business Administration.
Experience
At least two (2) years of related experience and training, including experience in data analytics, development and/or process improvement and automation. Knowledge in fraud prevention and/or cybersecurity is preferred.

Microsoft Power Platform Development Associate Certification
Microsoft Database Administrator Associate Certification
SAS Certified Data Scientist Certification
AWS Certified Developer Certification
CompTIA Security+ Certification(s)
Salesforce Certification(s)
Scrum Development Certification
