Job Description

In this role you will have the opportunity to work across the entire software stack, across multiple operating systems and platforms to enable cutting-edge Containers as a Service (CaaS) solutions. You will be part of dedicated engineering team who will be responsible for all aspects of product delivery including design, development, testing, integration, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

The following preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in the following:

• Software and/or systems engineering.

• Experience with Linux.

• Experience with Kubernetes in deploying and managing clusters.

• Advanced English level.

• Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of scripting e.g. Python, Shell, Ruby, Perl, etc.

• Knowledge of Cloud Environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack, etc.

• Knowledge of virtualization technologies e.g. KVM, VirtualBox.

• Knowledge of SQL Databases, e.g. MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Salt.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
