Adecco is hiring for a shipping clerk in San Jose. Applicants must have electronics-handling experience, ERP systems experience, and computer literacy. If you’re available for a 12pm-8:30pm shift, then let’s talk!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations.

• Work under the supervision of the warehouse manager.

• Aid in product loading and unloading tasks.

• Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders.

• Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents.

• Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items.

• Properly scan and inventory incoming goods.

• Unload, stack, move, and place products in designated areas.

• Perform detailed manual inventory counts.

• Label warehouse stock for quick identification and retrieval.

• Stack, shelve, and stage items for storage and shipment.

• Fulfill and track outgoing orders.

• Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment.

• Double-check items to ensure the accuracy of outgoing orders.

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools and equipment.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to management.

• Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.

• Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete assigned tasks effectively.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
