Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Solutions Group Director in San Jose, California

Cadence is looking for a Project Leader to direct a strategic long term joint development project with a key partner. Responsibilities will include ensuring timely execution of agreed upon objectives, identifying resource and technical challenges to anticipate risks to the program, participating and leading problem solving task forces, brainstorming on future collaboration possibilities. The program covers PDK collateral development, Reference Flows, DTCO for advanced nodes. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding and 20+ years of experience in Semiconductor design flows and methodologies. Understanding of manufacturing technologies and EDA SW is a plus.

The annual salary range for California is $183,400 to $340,600. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
