Our client, Bloom Energy, a leader in cutting-edge technology, is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Warehouse Department supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Location: Sunnyvale, CA – moving to Fremont, CA in February 2025

Pay Range: $25.00-$27.0//hr DOE

Shift: Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

What’s the Job?

• Daily receiving of materials into warehouse inventory.

• Complete transactions to receive materials into Oracle.

• Manage discrepancies for “problem” shipments by coordinating with appropriate departments.

• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist with loading/unloading materials and prioritize work with area leads in shipping and receiving.

What’s Needed?

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or shipping/spare parts environment.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

• Proficiency in Oracle and familiarity with inventory and receiving processes.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
