Our client is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that inspires the world to communicate and advance faster. They are currently hiring a Project Manager to join their team in San Jose.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and executing diverse projects and programs. This position demands advanced organizational skills, strategic acumen, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Planning & Operations, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive project success from inception through completion. If you have at least 5 years of PM experience working with Workfront then this is the role for you!

salary: $50 - $52.34 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, job duties include:

• Lead end-to-end project management efforts, defining scope, allocating resources, and strategizing risk and quality management.

• Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with stakeholders, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Utilize project management tools like Workfront to assign tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Foster relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication.

• Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.

• Produce comprehensive reports and documentation, evaluating project performance and recommending improvements for future initiatives.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront (preferred), Monday.com, or similar platforms.

• Professional certification in program and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

• Understanding of change management principles and experience in optimizing workplace software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
