Our client is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that inspires the world to communicate and advance faster. They are currently hiring a Marketing Project Manager to join their team in San Jose.

As a Marketing Project Manager you'll lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of programs and projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and quality across initiatives from inception to completion. Reporting to the Manager of Editorial and Tools Strategy, you will collaborate closely to trial and implement processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and project management practices. If you have at least 5 years of experience working as a Marketing Project Manager with Workfront then this is the role for you!

salary: $48 - $50.66 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Project Manager, Job duties include:

• Drive the execution of programs and projects by defining scope, resource allocation, and strategies for risk and quality management.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish key milestones and deliverables, continuously monitoring and managing scope, status, and potential risks.

• Utilize project management tools, particularly Workfront, to create and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines, communicate effectively with team members, and produce comprehensive project reports for stakeholders.

• Contribute to organization-wide process documentation, standardizing best practices, and recommending improvements to enhance future project efficiencies.

• artner with the Manager of Editorial and Tools Strategy to trial and implement process improvements across projects, focusing on efficiency, quality, and consistency.

Skills:

• 5 + years working as a Marketing Project Manager preferably in a global communication and marketing context.

• Knowledge of marketing operations and a demonstrated foundation in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
