Top 3 "Must Haves":

  • Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in California

  • Master's degree in social work or psychology

  • 4+ years post-license clinical experience, including 1+ year of supervisory experience

Job Purpose:

  • Coordinate client care and ensure high standards of quality and productivity

  • Monitor services to meet client needs and deliver direct behavioral health services

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally sensitive counseling and rehabilitation services

  • Facilitate referrals to community resources and perform case management

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans

  • Document and maintain clinical records per standards and regulations

  • Participate in clinical supervisions, team meetings, and trainings

  • Collaborate with the primary care team to integrate behavioral health into patient care plans

  • Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide crisis intervention support

  • Other related duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform duties described above

  • Knowledge of laws and ethical standards in clinical care

  • Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation

  • Verbal and written fluency in English required; bilingual skills desired

Competencies:

  • Effective communication with diverse backgrounds

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships in a multi-disciplinary team

Pay Details: $88,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
