The Team – Global Marketing Operations Transformation & Enablement:
Historically, all Regions (NA, EMEA, APAC) have run separate Marketing functions and have had different operational set ups. As part of the Global Marketing transformation program, all regional teams have been consolidated in to one and the new Global Marketing Operations Transformation & Enablement team has been established. The Global Marketing Ops Transformation & Enablement team are tasked with designing and driving this bold new operating model, establishing a blueprint for the future where people, process and technology come together as one. Creating new ways of working that elevate our ability to deliver our marketing plans and innovate continuously. The team are very well regarded, highly skilled and innovative with over 220 full time and agency support staff building our organization structure, process and technology for change. For you to succeed on this team it is important for you to be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, to continuously learn and have a curious mindset, to understand and help drive a DevOps Culture, to be proactive, collaborative and to have a sense of humour (optional).
Location: New York, London, San Jose
Travel: Limited but as required. Main destinations will include India (Dev Ops teams), San Jose (Global HQ), New York, London, Singapore.

What will your week look like?
You are a servant master of the data operations team. You help with business context and effort to get data for campaigns deployed. The team relies on you when they get stuck. You are the go to person for everyone on questions related to the data, onsite channels & incentives.
Skills to be used: Agile Stakeholder and Team management, Data, Onsite & Incentives tool set knowledge and Marketing domain Knowledge.
What will your quarter look like?
You have been operationalizing and training stakeholders on new data, onsite & incentive capabilities which have been delivered by technical enablement pods. You understand the full Marketing technology ecosystem and are training all stakeholders with regular cadence. You are part of experimentation work and testing with regards to data and involved in testing different capabilities on the onsite channel with technical enablement pods and Growth teams. You are mentoring the data operations team members and grooming a pool of junior resources for succession.
Skills to be used: Agile Stakeholder and Team management, Communication and training skills in semi technical domain, Curiosity and learning mindset for Marketing technologies with focus on Data, Onsite & Incentive channel.
What will your year look like?
You are churning the data ops team to keep a body of knowledge in tact while maintaining costs. You reflect on the health of the data team and partner with technical enablement pods and other stakeholders (eg: Growth, Global marketing) on strategy for next year with regards to data.
Skills to be used: Knowledge Management & Team Management. Data system knowledge. Onsite channel knowledge. Incntives knowledge.
Education & Experience required:
Marketing or Management Degree with Technology certifications.
Multiple year Marketing execution and delivery experience with Email channel focus.
Experience with and/or leading Marketing technology development teams.
Experience working in agile team environments.
