Who You'll Work With

Embrace the opportunity to be a part of our Product Operations team within the Supply Chain Operations (SCO) sector, which excels in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle Management. Our engagements with Design Engineering teams commence early in the product development cycle, ensuring that we effectively handle NPI product launches and sustain support up to the product's End of Life (EOL).

What You’ll Do

In the role of an Electrical Product Engineer, you will become the global technical bridge connecting Product Operations, Development Organizations,

Global Supply Chain, and Global Manufacturing Operations. You will be instrumental in delivering new product insights, Dfx methodologies, and ongoing engineering support from initial concept commitment through to the product's end-of-life. This position involves ongoing collaboration with peers and knowledgeable professionals, frequent interactions with high-level individual contributors, managers, and our Contract Manufacturers.

Who You Are

We are in search of an analytical thinker who excels in problem-solving and has a strong analytical acumen to enhance our team. Your responsibilities will include outlining and solving intricate challenges while promoting effective communication and encouraging collaboration within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or experience with Optical Transceiver Modules.

  • A minimum of two years' experience with Optical Transceiver Modules, or a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An understanding of optical transceiver products, their uses, and applications.

  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software for data analysis and visualization.

  • Experience with packaging optics for shipping.
