Our opportunity:

The Community and Learning team plays a crucial role in realizing this vision by enabling our customers to achieve automation success, at an individual level through upskilling to a programmatic level, improving strategy and execution across the team.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and help us enhance how we enable and engage customers through our Community & Learning offerings. This role is vital to our mission as it will not only improve how we enable customers to achieve success, but also drive deeper account engagement by providing exceptional value to our elite group of Most Valuable Pathfinders (MVPs). By joining our team, you will directly contribute to our customers' success and, in turn, help shape the future of work through AI-powered automation.

Who you’ll report to:

This role reports to our Community & University Marketing Director

Location:

Remote role based in the United States

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

In your first 90 days:

  • Reviewing our existing MVP strategy and develop strategic recommendations with timeline and KPIs

  • Hosting your first MVP meeting and meet with 50% of our MVPs in the Americas to build initial relationships

  • Assisting in planning, promoting and executing our annual community and learning virtual event

  • Partnering with the Marketing Director to create an internal enablement and marketing plan to promote community and learning offerings

In your first 6-12 months:

  • Successfully managing and growing our MVP program

  • Measurably increasing engagement in our Community & Learning offerings at an account level through internal enablement and customer marketing strategies

  • Partnering with account teams and customer advocacy team to build strategy for engaging top accounts in MVP program

  • Creating a bespoke experience for our MVPs at our annual user conference, Imagine

  • Collaborating with Automation Anywhere’s customer advocacy team to engage MVPs in high-priority advocacy opportunities

  • Applying data insights to community marketing and program strategies, and craft a compelling narrative around the impact of Community & Learning on our customers and our business

  • Collaborating with community marketing team to enable customers and cross-functional team members to leverage the community for automation success

  • Deploying new strategies to increase community-generated content and knowledge sharing. Targeting increase to be agreed upon after completion of the audit

  • Serving as a liaison for release efforts, working with product and marketing teams to develop and execute a strategy to integrate the community more closely with our product development cycle

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant major preferred

  • Track Record of Success: 7+ years overall work experience, including 5+ years of customer or community marketing and program management

  • Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and leverage strong customer relationships for mutual success

  • Strategic Leadership: Effectively communicate strategy and tactical instructions to global team members

  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI of initiatives

  • Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal skills across various mediums, including content creation and presentations

  • Project Management: Exceptional organization, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $125,000 – $140,000 and outside of those locations is $115,000 – 130,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
