Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Account Executive will manage performance across the assigned territory of Boost Mobile stores (Gonzales, Hollister, San Jose, Seaside). You will work and consult with retail store owners on their business and ensure compliance at all store types throughout the assigned territory. You will manage projects and teams and provide coaching and sales training to front-line sales teams. You will get to build relationships throughout your territory with external partners, internal teams, and vendor partners to help drive performance, and you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues at retail stores. This role includes a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling.

  • Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores.

  • Make daily calls to stores to drive performance and resolve customer escalations.

  • Ensure Boost brand standards and accountability in all stores within the territory.

  • Identify new retail distribution points using local knowledge and real estate contacts.

  • Implement plans to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert product knowledge.

*The range above includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals*

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Account Executive, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school

  • 4 years of sales and/or account management experience

  • 3 years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management

  • 2 years selling wireless products or services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license, three years of active driving history, and compliance with DISH’s Driver Safety Policy

  • Experience in contract or vendor relationships

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment with strong time management skills

  • Ability to promptly devise solutions for escalations during retail business hours

  • Proficiency in sales and marketing guidance with excellent communication skills

  • Effective at working independently and collaboratively

Language:

  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred

A company vehicle is provided.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $86,282.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
