AWS Private Deal Enablement is in need of a creative, dynamic and results driven analyst to help us support discount programs and private pricing contracts. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, strict adherence to terms outlined in customer contracts and supporting both internal and external customers.

Key job responsibilities

· Perform data entry, data management and pricing calculations

· Interpret complex pricing contracts and establish pricing structure to be applied

· Create and execute data quality programs and audits focused on standardization and accuracy

· Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

· Proactively identify and implement data (and operational) improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements

· Retrieve and evaluate data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems

· Hands on data mining and to execute on projects

· Support weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, accounting, or a related field

  • 1+ year(s) of relevant professional experience with contracts and data entry

  • Experience retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Customer Relationship Management tool (such as Salesforce.com or similar) and other BI systems

  • Background in contract creation/review and contractual verbiage

  • English expertise level written and spoken

  • Verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

  • Intermediate Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Quantitative, analytical and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce.com

  • Experience working with custom private pricing contracts

  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects

  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills

  • Experience building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities for clients and increasing adoption and utilization of company products

  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to guide business decisions and solve problems

  • Track record of developing business plans with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous situations while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities across teams
