In this role, you will focus on the cell, gene, and advanced therapy market, establishing strategic relationships and driving revenue growth in the Northern California Bay Area Territory.

DISCOVER IMPACTFUL WORK

You will position cell, gene and advanced therapy (CGAT) workflows and solutions across Thermo Fisher Groups to directly establish adoption of our platforms into CGAT customers’ manufacturing processes. While driving growth to achieve revenue targets, you will focus on the CGAT market and develop strategic relationships at assigned accounts. Your results will drive maximum share gain by fostering strategic partnerships across the Northern California, Bay Area Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive short-term and long-term growth in the cell, gene, and advanced therapy market.

  • Engage with customers at all levels, with a focus on senior-level relationships.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with emerging, high-growth accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate customer value and drive business results.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully pursue client opportunities.

  • Stay informed about the CGAT market and contribute to market adoption of our portfolio.

  • Participate in regional and national conferences in the CGAT field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 6 years of life sciences commercial experience, preferably calling on Biopharma accounts.

  • Strong knowledge of cell, gene, and advanced therapies, with a background in Immunology & Cell Biology preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and coordinate activities across teams.

  • Familiarity with the CGT landscape and marketplace.

  • Experience with new technology adoption and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Financial competence and self-leadership.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and innovatively.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $119,000.00–$153,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
