Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to support a water treatment project in the San Francisco Bay Area/Sacramento, CA. You will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of dynamic projects including profit and loss, permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training, performance management and workforce development. Working with other members of our team you will build and maintain positive business and customer relationships, and be responsible for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility. You will also be responsible for implementing health and safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies.

**Typical salary range for this position is $130,000 to $200,000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.

Here’s what you’ll need :

**Qualifications Required: Review carefully. Candidate hired must match all qualifications listed

  • Grade V certification in Water Treatment

  • 10 plus years of experience in the water wastewater segment with increasing levels of responsibility

  • Experience working with, overseeing, and developing other employees and supervisors

  • Experience developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting

  • Experience in written and oral presentations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

  • Valid driver’s license with no major infractions

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • College degree in a technical or business discipline

  • Advanced Water Treatment Certification

  • Experience with CMMS

Experience with asset management programs

  • Experience with SCADA systems

  • Capable of working independently and maintaining an orderly schedule

  • Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed

  • Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
