Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Manager/Delivery Leader with extensive experience in managing and leading high performance teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex data-driven initiatives, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibility :

  • Team builder with an understanding of Generative AI use cases techniques including zero shot learning, fine tuning and RAG

  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for data science initiatives, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations through clear communication and regular updates.

  • Contribute to thought leadership and facilitate client relations across network of existing and potential clients.

  • Participate in client discussions, interact with CxOs at client organization to articulate the value of data science approaches

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

  • Resource Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.

  • Risk Management: Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables and outcomes.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating feedback loops and lessons learned into future projects.

  • Possess a strong understanding of data science methodologies, technologies, and tools to facilitate informed decision-making and technical discussions.

Required Skills:

  • Education :Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience 10 years professional work experience as a data scientist or on advanced analytics / statistics projects with 5 years’ experience in one of the Telecom sector.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage ambiguity.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data science methodologies (machine learning, statistical modeling, etc.) and tools (Python, R, SQL, etc.). Familiarity with Cloud-based environments such as AWS (S3/EC2), Azure, and Google Cloud. Familiarity with Databricks, NVIDIA Strategic Vision: ability to align project goals with organizational strategy and drive business outcomes through data science initiatives.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Innovation: Passion for leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and business impact.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
