Job Description

* 2nd in Command on these topics

* Designs and re-designs routing and logistics solutions by collecting, verifying, and analyzing current data on existing routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, and productivity. 30%

* Assists in developing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Creates and implements plans to optimize routes and other transportation operations. 20%

* Communicates route changes to key personnel and provides necessary training and transitioning tools. 20%

* Monitors activity during the implementation of new, optimized routes. 20%

* Monitors and analyzes productivity results. 5%

* Other duties as assigned. 5%

Skills and Requirements

* 2+ years relevant experience

o Operations-based experience

o Routing, and mapping software experience

o Project Management

* A bachelor's or associate degree in computer science, business administration, or a similar field

* Driver's license required. * Linux -- GIS null
