Description

We are offering a position in a bustling office environment in San Francisco, California, for a Receptionist. This role involves managing the front desk, maintaining security protocols, and providing excellent customer service. The Receptionist will be the primary point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring security procedures for building access are strictly adhered to

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage the front desk by proficiently handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate contacts

• Utilize various software and tools such as Slack and GSuite for communication and coordination

• Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for data entry, organizing files, and scheduling appointments

• Provide top-notch customer service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Experience in data entry tasks

• Familiarity with email correspondence

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently

• Must possess strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Good problem-solving capabilities

• Demonstrates professionalism and a positive work attitude

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
