Job Title: Property Admin/ Yardi Specialist

Job Overview: We are currently seeking an on-site, full-time Property Admin/ Yardi Specialist. The candidate should be an industry professional with a significant emphasis on being an expert in the Yardi software system.

Role & Responsibility:

• Provide expert knowledge and support for Yardi software system.

• Manage data within Yardi software, including tenant information, rent rolls, and leasing data.

• Coordinate and support property administrative tasks.

• Effective communication and collaboration with different departments.

• Provide reports and updates on property performance.

• Participate in process improvement projects and new system implementations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property administration.

• Must be an expert in Yardi software. This includes, but is not limited to, Yardi setup, customization, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Hands-on experience in property management.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Detail orientated with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Knowledge of local and state housing regulations will be a plus.
