What You’ll Do

• Design Engineer applies developing technical expertise to solve simple problems, and management skills to provide oversight of work in a specific area of developing expertise, without close supervision.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of working with ADA requirements as it relates to sidewalks and curbs.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required or extensive amount of relatable experience.

• Ability to understand instructions and independently carry out instructed tasks.

• Detail and quality oriented.

• Must be comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation including blueprints, construction specifications and other items.

• Strong computer skills utilizing Excel, SAP, and Salesforce

• Project Management skills & ability to be a liaison.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Civil Engineer

• Excellent communication skills

• Design skills, AutoCAD or MicroStation knowledge preferred.

Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $74,880 and $93,600 annually and is an exempt position.

· Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

· Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

· May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company
