Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in San Francisco, California. As a part of our office property management team, this role involves a blend of administrative tasks, tenant interaction, and financial management. In this position, you will have the opportunity to support our team's exponential growth, foster integration and synergy among our staff, and contribute to our adoption of innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to your team and our clients by leveraging your commercial property management admin experience

• Interact with tenants to ensure our buildings are clean, functional, and welcoming

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports

• Reconcile accounts receivable and code invoices

• Track insurance certificates to ensure compliance

• Proactively anticipate and address the administrative needs of the team

• Foster a collaborative team environment, demonstrating enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas

• Adapt to changes and learning new things with ease and comfort

• Utilize your administrative assistance skills to support the team's ambitions beyond the workplace.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess strong administrative assistance skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.

• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies to enhance job performance.
