Description We are offering an opportunity for a Paralegal in the heart of San Francisco, California. This role is integral to our team, providing high-level support to our dedicated attorneys. The selected candidate will be immersed in the personal injury litigation process, from intake through trial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support to our team of attorneys, assisting through the personal injury litigation process.

• Manage case files using Case Management Software, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel for document management and data organization.

• Conduct research using LexisNexis to support case preparation and legal proceedings.

• Handle client complaints, providing timely and appropriate solutions.

• Perform administrative duties such as calendar management and claim administration.

• Assist in briefing and manage billing functions for the firm.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Use Management System for efficient workflow and task management. Requirements

Paralegal certificate or attestation required.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel and Case Management Software

• Familiarity with LexisNexis and other management systems

• Ability to handle billing functions in a legal setting

• Experience in preparing briefings and managing calendars

• Knowledge in claim administration

• Proven experience in complaint handling

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field is preferred.
